The blower on my '03 has defaulted to high and cannot be controlled. The only time the blower is not running is with the ignition is off. It sounds like a BCM problem. Any thoughts? Is there a BCM "fix" similar to the LCM. I need HELP.

It sounds like BCM, but I had an issue with my EATC that caused the same problem.

Suggest tapping on the BCM first to see if you can force the relay to cycle, if not, may have an issue with the board in the EATC.

Yes, I can fix them. Or I can send you a repaired one to swap out.
