I know that the eatc code 024 means that I need to replace the blend door actuator. Well today I did just that and Im still getting the same code. That is with a brand new blend door actuator. Any clue what could be the problem or maybe if I did something wrong. The car is still apart so I can easily fix it if I missed a step.
Thanks in advance.

How bout the blend door movement? does the actual door open and close properly?
I am guessing some binding going on so the new actuator is not fully opening and closing the blend door.

If youre talking about the metal piece that connects to the actuator, it works fine. I tested it by hand and it moved freely. Im not sure where to go from here other than to order another actuator.

Could it be a fuse? I dont know if a fuse is used for the actuator and I have been searching and really dont know where to go from here. My car is in pieces and is still not fixed. Even with the new part and resetting the eatc numerous times, I'm still getting the dreaded 024 code.
