Hello I'm selling my 2003 Mercury Marauder with almost 73000 mile on the dash but about 82000 on the motor. Within the last year I put new break pads on the front, new battery, new pcv valve and hose, and iac valve. The car runs strong and sound good and is all original. Looking to sale for $8000 o.b.o. do not contact me if you dont have money in hand or low balling.
Problems: the car once had 108000 miles but was rolled bad by someone but after I bought the car from the dealer the motor blew and a different motor was put in with 9000 miles more than what the odometer reads
The car is located in Detroit, Mi. email me at @jayhyler1087@gmail.com

He states right in the ad that it was rolled back by a previous owner...nothing difficult to understand there. May have had an issue with the cluster, or, he was dishonest and replaced it to increase resale value.

Here's the thing when I bought the car it had 34774 miles and 4 days later the motor blew. Due to buyIngram a warranty through the dealer which wasn't honored the dealer put a different motor that had 43000 miles as I was told. I shopping around for another car and decided to get a car fax for this car since it was free and found out that when the 4th owner had the car it had 108000 but the dealer I bought it from which showed as owner 5 the car had 34774. I am the 6th the owner and the miles clearly show I didn't have nothing to do with the rollback. I have paper showing.
And yes the car is salvage titled

So, for those that are math challenged, the body, interior & suspension have 146,226 miles on them, based on the info provided that the car had 108k on the clock but was showing 34,774 when you bought it, and is now showing 73,000 on the odometer.
Based on the miles and history, you are going to get what you are going to call low ballers, especially with a salvage title.

Assumes no more mileage between owner 4 registering at 108K and owner 5.
Good Luck with sale.
