Horn and Cruise Control Failure

I've been trying to figure out what happened, but my horn and cruise control have both failed. They both went out at the same time, so it leads me to believe the problem may possibly be in the steering wheel. I have already checked the fuses and they look ok. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Fuse or relay controls both, that would be a starting point. Past that, I would suspect a clock spring.

Thanks for heads up on that. I didn't check any relays, but I'm thinking that because they both failed at the same time it would have to be either fuses or in the steering wheel. I can't seem to find any write-ups for checking out the inside of the steering wheel, would you happen to know of any on here?

Had the same problem with my cruise I tryed everything fuse relay servo and as it ended up it was just the buttons I found some in a junk yard (they come in lots of vehicles ie towncar continental. Superduty) it is easy to remove just a pick or small flat head pry against the sides of the entire assembly it will pop out unplug the assembly just be careful the plug is pretty fragile and reverse to install
