From what I'm told around here, it takes a TS on a DTR to almost keep up with a correctly colored Trilogy MM.

Because they really don't want to sell it, and I can relate!

The car is a big bore stroker, Lidio built it, well worth the money, he has that much in the motor. I know, I priced the same combo.

Every one of these set ups I have seen is in the 550-580RWHP range. For what's in them and the cost it does not appear to be an efficient way to go.

I would say there just set up for in that range. There for sure not pushing the blower close to it's max & a stroker, forged build Id bet that motor w/twin screw can make 650+ easy and motor would have no problem handling it.

It does not make any sense to me.
Is it just "bragging rights"?
