DayTime Running Light Delete?

Hey do you guys/gals know where to get and install a day time running light delete for the 03 Marauder?

Just turn the light switch from Auto - to the off position.

^^^^^ Yup. ^^^^^ US cars don't have 'em. Wonder if the LCM might control this? Would be interesting to compare LCM p/n's for yours against one in a US car.

I believe that may be the answer, use a USA LCM? Only the Canadian MM has DRL.

Canadian Panther's use an additional module on the core support for the DRL's, it should be a plug in, I looked at adding one once, and the part was available without the rest of the wiring harness, leading me to believe it is a plug in, never seen one though, your mileage may vary.

To the best of my knowledge all LCMs are the same.

I'll check the factory electrical manual tomorrow.

As FordNut said, the module is on the top radiator core support, near the sensor for air bags.

I remember, back a zillion or so years (approximately) in the early days of this board, that someone posted a way to add DRLs to a car that did not have it. It was one of those "turn the key off and on thirty seven times while sticking your finger in your ear and biting off your tongue" processes.

I don't recall whether they also posted a way to undo this addition.
