I want to do the Eaton swap over the March break. It doesn't seem to difficult but I know I will need assistance from someone more experienced and knowledgable than I am. I have lots of tools and a big garage to do the project. I will compensate or we can make some type of deal. I work for Canadian Tire and though I can't promise anything I can get employee deals on pretty much anything in the store shed's, tool boxes, tools, basketball nets, BBQ, etc. If you don't mind the box being wet or the product having a small scratch. PM me and we can talk.

How did the Eaton conversion go?

I just read this post now - I'd love to have helped out, I hope to do the conversion one day too.

I haven't done it yet. I just need a few more parts. I found someone from SVT who is local who has a Cobra and he said he can help me install mine. I hope it will be done in 2-4 weeks max.
