A/C Blow out at floor...

Nothing blows out dash vents (toward front seats) Turn on A/C or heater and it blows on floor and/or on the windshield...somethings evidently become disconnnected... vacumn line..? What's the fix and where do I look...

Sounds like the norm bad EATC. Do a search on repairing one.

Time to get some silicon o-rings and do a repair. Cheaper than buying a new EATC and have no more worries for the future.
