I am strongly leaning towards E85 (it is available out here) and just to make sure I'm not missing anything....Bigger fuel pump ...bigger injectors and a tune.
From what I was told the tank and lines are OK.
I would rather not get a BAP, I would just want a fuel pump, what is the recommendation?
I will go up in injectors to the next bigger size over my already upgraded injectors.

firts thing for you to consider is how much power are you looking for?

with that power level return style fuel setup and 105lbs fuel injectors should give you plenty of fuel.
are you running a DSC1 or PSC1?

Its gonna be hard to hit 600 whp with that blower unless you spray the car.my choice would be the walbro 400lph.

I would get 80lb injectors. And I can tell you 2 GT pumps BAP'd wide open where maxed at about 600 on race gas on our car. Thats with stock lines and filter.
You should look into a return system like Landy said.

How much work is it to put a Walbro 400lph into our tanks?
Looks like a reasonably priced pump that has some good reviews.

The 80's will cover 600 hp at the wheel and idle very well. The walbro 400 is still pretty new but I've seen that with increased pressure the flow drops off pretty fast so a boost a pump with the 400 might be needed. Can't say if you will need to go return style, but I would. The 400 uses more current also, so make sure your system can handle it.
As others have mentioned, the distillary has pages of e85 posts that a very good. Zack has experience also so try the chicago svt forum to.

You wont need a boost a pump with the walbro 400lph pump, which is why i went with it, But at 600 hp i wouldnt attempt to run that pump with stock fuel lines, or a returnless setup.
I would definetly invest in a modified fpdm
