I have almost everything on the eaton swap parts list. The eaton came in today and it looks awesome and impressive. Next week I should receive everything else needed for the swap.

I added a pic of the TB/plenum/eaton & bracket. Please let me know what parts I still need to complete the eaton. I can see the Bypass Actuator, throttle cable bracket, and EGR Valve are there. But I'm not sure what is missing. I know it obviously has no pulley. I think it's the IAC Valve that is missing but does the Marauder valve adapt? Anything else. Please help guys.

You might need an IAT2 sensor

You've got all the other stuff, correct? (Lower intake manifold, intercooler, heat exchanger, coolant pump, etc.)

I have all that stuff and an IAT sensor. I can identify all the other pieces but what's giving me a difficult time is identifying the sensors and small pieces attached to the eaton.

That black bracket lying next to the Eaton. You can recycle that. Its not needed.

No bracket, ok thanks. I thought it did look kind of weird because I have never seen one on the Marauder. Also, what size bolts do I need for the blower?

You will have to remove the Cobra EGR too and install an EGR block off plate. Or you can install the Marauder EGR with little moddification like Justbob and I did on my swap. I wanted to install mine because people said it couldnt be done and I also wanted to keep all my emissions intack.
Lift up all the tabs and spin the Marauder EGR around and also moddify your EGR tube.

IIRC, the blower to intake manifold and intake manifold to head bolts are the same. These are M6 X 35mm bolts. You can get OEM through Ford: Part # W704682-S437.

Thanks for the part number. How many of those bolts do I need to order 8,12,16? Do I need any other bolts? Unfortunately no bolts came with the blower. Also, should I buy supercharger oil? How do I add the oil anyways and how often is it changed or added? Thanks.

Count your bolt holes in the blower, intercooler, and lower intake manifold to give you the required count.

PM ImpalaSlayer, he can give you some additional info; he did the install on my car, knows his stuff.

Per the Eaton website:
Q: How often do I need to change the oil in my supercharger?
A: The sealed oil reservoir in a supercharger is designed to last the life of the vehicle. Changing the oil is not recommended unless you suspect contamination, leakage, or other issues like bearing failure. Also, if your vehicle has an abnormally heavy duty cycle, such as racing or towing, you could consider changing the oil at regular intervals such as 20k, 30k, 50k, or 100k miles depending on usage.

Q: I’ve decided I need to change the oil in my supercharger. How do I do this?
A: If you do want to change the oil there is one fill/drain plug on the front face of the front cover. It will probably be an Allen type plug. You will have to suction out the oil using a syringe or other method before replacing with new oil. Fill levels are dependent on application. For aftermarket units, please consult the aftermarket partner company that produced that specific kit. For OEM units, please see the list below or email infosupercharger@eaton.com. New oil can be obtained from any GM or Ford service parts facility, or from one of the Eaton aftermarket supercharger partner companies (http://www.eaton.com/Eaton/ProductsServices/ProductsbyCategory/Automotive/AutomotiveAftermarket/Superchargers/FAQ/index.htm#companies) or remanufacturers. (http://www.eaton.com/Eaton/ProductsServices/ProductsbyCategory/Automotive/AutomotiveAftermarket/Superchargers/FAQ/index.htm#remanufacturers) Please make sure you do NOT use any other type of oil, including synthetic motor oils. These will cause failure.

I bought a case of oil off e-Bay, will prolly last me the life of the car, but it was cheapest route to go. :cool4:
