Cam Timing Question

i got my heads back from the machine shop and now need to time the 2 cams on each head. i cant seem to find a picture or discription on how to align these cams. any help would be appreciated.

The timing chains have marks on them, and the timing gears have marks on them. You have to line the marks up.
