Should be a sticker on the trunk lid, along the driver side.
you can see it here, on the bottom left corner by the hinge..

OR if you want to lock it, just press 7+8

I can't see your picture (Govn't CPU) but I just tried the 4 digit combo located below my VIN and it didn't work. May be broken :(

If you cant find it on hinge (sticker gone) & no other way, The dealer may be the only option If there a good dealer you have a relationship with they may do it N/C for ya as for them to retreive it from the pcm is very quick and easy.

Try looking on the passenger side trunk hinge on the inside facing the spare tire.
That's where mine is.

The code is also located on the module INSIDE the driver door panel (right under the speaker), i just had mine apart to adjust my window and I saw it there too. The panel is real easy to remove, couple screws and its lifts off.

Probably a lose circuit or grounding perhaps. When you press the keypad, do the numbers light up/and or the inside dome lights of the car?

Also, it may just be the keypad is bad...easy and cheap to fix.
