Timing Chain Issues

Has anyone had the pleasure of having their timing chains and chain tensioners replaced ?

If so, what was your mileage and how much did it cost ?

I've got 123k and I'm hearing a sound at times that sounds like a chain rolling over a coffee can
and my oil pressure seems to be lower than what it used to be.
I'm thinking that I may have a broken/worn tensioner that needs replacement.

I did on my daily 04 CVPI at apprx at 130,000 miles. I started to hear the sewing machine sound from the chain slapping around from worn guides and tensioners, can't remember the amount i paid but it wasn't cheap!
