Just recently purchased a php intake spacer from Dennis and did not receive the longer bolts to complete the install. Can some please tell me the size/length of the bolts for I can purchase these from my local auto parts store.

What's the thickness of the spacer Mike? I'd pull one of the OEM bolts and then just add the extra thickness dimension to it.

Alternatively, if the spacer's not that thick, you may be able to use the OEM bolts and still have enought thread length.

You use the OEM bolts. They are long enough. Just do not over tighten or you will strip out threads in the lower plenum.

Only 12ft lbs and reuse the same bolts. I have for 5 years now with no problems.

I had one bolt that took out the threads near where the PCV valve connects. Fortunately i was able to get a longer bolt that reached good threads in the bottom of the hole.

Do I still use the stock gasket along with the one that came with the kit (one on top of spacer and other at the bottom?) Or just the one that came with kit

You need both gaskets

Tried to do the install myself, but broke one of the bolts in half. Is there away that the other half of the bolt that is currently stuck in the intake manifold be takin out.

Damn! Is the part of the broken end near the top or is it deep inside? If it's near the top, you may be able to get it out with a small drill bit and an easy out tool.

Most of the bolt broke off. It's still a small piece that's still stuck in. It's more towards the bottom not the top

Drill it and put a heli-coil in it. They make the kit that you can buy in NAPA, I believe its the 6mm kit. Otherwise you can pick up a lower intake pretty cheap and swap it out within a hour.
