custom licence plates

if i wanted ot get a custom plates on my car what would i have to do to get this done not sure what its goin to say yet but do def want somethin custom imadde up i think there are really cool

would i just have to go the the mva and see if what i wanted is taking and would it cost extra money to do so

would just like a litel info on this matter since seen many many members here have done so and got some pretty catchy cool liseance plates custom stuff me likeyy :D

also how many letters/numbers could i use tops and least use im in maryand and need to know the most you could use i would love to just use my name on here MARAUDER410 but kno wayyy to long i like 410 since thats were im from baltimore is 410 you know
