Quick question... Are you all diluting the coolant in you intercooler reservoirs? I know that this is done in the radiator so that the liquid may quickly reach the operating temperature and then stay there. However, for an intercooler heat exchanger, don't you want the liquid to stay as cold as possible? So why would you add water to the concentrated coolant?

In any type of radiator be it a intercooler heat exchanger or a radiator you must use a 50/50 mix because straight 100% antifreeze has no ability to transfer heat because its still concentrated, its not effective until you mix 50% water which brings it to its intended state.
Water is a much more effective heat transfer medium. For maximum heat transfer ability while still maintaining the corrosion protection you want a mix of 60% water and 40% coolant. For maximum freeze protection it's 60% coolant and 40% water. They even say words to that effect in the owner's manual. 100% coolant does a very poor job of transferring heat and preventing freezing too.
