I do still need to bleed the intercooler and engine, I am having trouble with the intercooler, it runs but doesnt seem to circulate coolant, I have tryed making a vacuum on the return side untill I get coolant, then reinstalling that hose on the res, but it still doesn seem to push out coolant, or suck any from the res.
Suggestions?
Sweet!!!

I had that issue when I swapped blowers. I just pulled the fuse to turn off the pump. plugged it back to turn it on. I did that repeatedly a few times. It worked for me and it worked quickly.

I have the ground off the battery for the pump then I can just touch it to turn it on, and have done several on/offs and I can hear it run, but it doesnt circulate.
Once it burped after I made a vacuum on the return side, bit it only lasted a second, so Im pretty confident everything is plumbed right, I double checked it all again and I dont see any issue. I even removed the intake hose at the pump and drained coolant and tryed again to fill res, run pump till almost emply, fill res.... etc.

Well you can always just take off the hose from the discharge port on the pump and turn on the pump. Cycle some coolant out. That way all the air will at least be out of the pump. Reconnect, clycle coolant and push out the air in the rest of the system and it should be fine.
