In need of a Master control panel

you could get one at autozone,it will sort of work, but I would recommend a genuine ford part

I would try this also. I had a problem with mine so I cleaned the switches & contacts. There's still contact issue but it's a lot better, I'll eventually replace the entire switch

Actually, I just noticed you're in the PG area. I can help you with disassembling the switch to locate the contacts if you have any trouble.

If a rear window wont go down by either the master or the rear window button is it mechanical? Or still the contacts somewhere?

If any window other than the driver's won't go down it could be the switch at that door as the power goes through that. If any of the switches need replacement you can get them at most autoparts stores and junkyards however I'd suggest a genuine Ford part and based on the JY prices around here I'd go new. If you want to buy it online the best place I've found is the legendary Tasca Ford.
