well i have been a long time member on lincoln vs cadillac and fullsize bronco, as well as turbo ford and nato. the time has come to sell or trade the lincoln and ever since i saw a marauder on the showroom floor in 2003 i have wanted one. i just couldn't afford one at the time. so here i am in search of a nice mm with traction control and heated seats (it will be the wife/family car and it gets snowy and cold here so those options are a must).
anyone want to trade theirs for a navigator?:)

Only about 31.2% of MMs (3,452 of 11,052) for both years came with Heated Seats. In 2003, there were 11.4% (895 of 7,838) with Heated Seats. In 2004, about 79.6% (2,557 of 3,214) had Heated Seats.
Traction Control was NOT an option. It came standard on all 2003 300B MMs and all 2004 MMs.
You should probably be looking at a 2004 Marauder to meet your needs with that combo since it will likely be easier to find.
Personally, I am a little confused by your comment above:
1. YOU have liked the Marauder since 2003.
2. This car will be for YOUR WIFE and family.
3. Your prime concern seems to be with winter performance.
4. Sounds like you are replacing the Lincoln Navigator.
Most/many folks here put their MMs in storage for the winter when the weather turns bad. They prefer to drive a winter beater rather than risk damaging a car that gets rarer every year. With stock tires, the MM is NOT a good snow and ice vehicle. Traction control helps with wet and slick roads. It will not prevent a skid or spin-out on snow and ice.
Not trying to discourage you from getting a Marauder if you really want one. However, I really can't tell that from above. JMHO. :D

well. we are tired of the navigator and it gets horrible fuel milage. as for being a rare car, i don't care, i drive my vehicles. heck i dd my turbo coupe, and they are real hard to find nice. its not just winter performance i need. i just prefer horsepower, decent fuel milage, fullsize cars (ford and ford family products only)
and style. what els meets that criteria? maybe a crown vic sport. i also know what tc is. but on slippy roads it helps. for years my family owned nothing but lincoln town cars so i know how to dd a rear wheel drive car in bad weather. snow tires and weight in the back.
thanks for you comments

Define "decent fuel milage."
A stock Marauder will typically get between 15 and 18 mpg around town and between 20 and 24 on the highway; does that fall in your anticipated range? If so, then heck yeah, a Marauder may be in your future. ;)

sure does. right now im at 12 city and 16 hwy. plus i just want a marauder. i can justify it any way i want. right? i have wanted one of these cars for a long time, i just never pursued it. the navigator fit the bill excellently, but it is just time to move on. i just like fullsize cars and the marauder has everything i want in one.

Actually, I live in S. Florida. If you were 45 minutes east of me now, you would be between me and Freeport in the Atlantic Ocean. :D

Theses cars are absolute tanks in the snow with the right snow tires, I've always used blizzaks, and I would never use another snow tire, all season tires are junk in these cars, I live in boston without traction control and its fine in the snow. Good luck on your hunt!

Buy an 04 for traction control.
