I am currently active duty Coast Guard and i am at Small boat Sta Rockland in Maine. I have always wanted a Marauder ever since i bought my first car at 16 which was a 99 crown victoria. So i am currently in the middle of buying a 2003 black Marauder. My first question is what should be the first thing i do to my Marauder when i bring her home.

Give it a thurough cleaning! If it is bone stock at least get an xcal and a tune from Martyo or lidio. Then it all depends on how much you are willing to spend. Around $4000.00 and up for a supercharger, best bang for the buck. Then enjoy the ride!!:burn:

First thing you should do after a good cleaning is drive it around for a couple of weeks. The buy and Xcal3 with tunes from Marty O and drive it for 30 seconds. Then you will wonder what the FK was Ford thinking when the programmed this thing. It will be night and day!!

Stock tune = poo poo

Welcome! Ex coastie here, and when I bought mine I drove it stock for about two months, very happily. First mods I did were tune up, xcal3 with z2.0 tune and kn drop in. Netted me 14.56@ 97mph. Now 2 years later I have jlt intake, Dyno
Tune on xcal3, custom x pipe exhaust, gt500 wheels, lowered, ect
Ect ect. Best mods by far (excluding nitrous) were the rear catalyst delete, jlt and TUNE! Ask Mrblugruv on here what it sounds like for a grown man to go from
Mature to giggling school girl over the phone, and that's basically what a tune will do

I've dealt with Sparta Performance before. Nice guy, good prices, fast shipping. My SCT tuner was from Alternative Performance, also a supporting vendor.
