What do you think its worth? Not book value 03 black on black with 27k

Just curious what you guys think it is worth. or what someone would be maybe willing to pay. My bro has an 03 marauder I believe its a 300a waiting on confirmation when he gets off work in 30mins. Its flawless only bad is a broken foglight cover that will be replaced. It has new BF Goodrich G-Force T/A Z tires put on like 2 months ago. 27k original miles first owner was an old lady. She traded it in to his dealership for a lincoln towncar because she said it was too fast for her. LOL. He has only put on about 5-6k miles since he owned it. Clean carfax. Runs flawless, all stock.

What do you think its worth?
he had it listed at 19,900 but Realistically I think its worth close to 18k.

IMO id say 16,xxx ish is more in the ballpark. There was another member on here selling one with 40,xxx on it and in great shape fo 14,500 or 15,000 I beleive. But for sure clean low mileage ones are become a rarity. However if I was selling that same car you mentioned Id probably ask what you said 18,xxx

I think that this is about right - High 18's - Depending on the overall condition and paint (no dings) could go higher.

Depending on how hard it is to find Marauders at all in that area, he still may get that out of it.

Down around here, they seem to be extremely scarce, and so with that mileage in great shape I'd be willing to pay that much for it if I had it in my budget to be able to.

You indicated you're not going to consider KBB or NADA for pricing, so basically, ask whatever you want for it.

I've seen beaters listed for $5K, and one for $40K with less than a 1,000 miles on it.

How badly you want to sell it? Rule of thumb, the more you ask for it, the slower it's going to sell. Marauders haven't hit collector status, so asking big bucks doesn't necessarily mean you'll get your price. $18K is a starting point, gives you some negotiating room, but realistically, that's on the high end of the current market.

BTW, black on black is the most common color combination.

Dark Blue Pearl with Dark Charcoal interior is the rarest (117 built, IIRC) followed by Black with Light Flint interior (170 of those if memory serves me right).

I'd knock $1,000 off any asking price you settle on 'cause the first thing I'd do is get rid of those ^^^^ tires all around and replace them with better tires. They are NOT the right tires for the car and with the thin/soft sidewall, they will NOT handle like a Marauder should. Maybe they were fine for grandma or a dealership that doesn't know MMs.
