I recently relocated to Palm Harbor / Dunedin, Florida. Could anyone recommend a good repair shop to fix an oil leak on my 2003? Authorized Ford dealer or independent shop. I think it is coming from behind the oil filter. Thanks.

Were you down two quarts of oil?
If you said it's behind the filter most likely it's the oil filter adapter gasket. I had mine replaced last year.

If it's what ctrlraven says, it's a pretty simple repair...DIY.

When doing this repair take note that you'll lose some oil (1/4 to 1/2 quart) and coolant (1/2 to 3/4 gallon).
Therefore need to burp the cooling system when filling!!!
