Hi,
Does any one know of the size tubing (and preferred brand used...gates, goodyear, etc.) for the all coolant lines from the i/c to the pump to the heat exchange to the reserviour? Also, does any one know of the length purchased?
Any help is much appreciated.

Trilogy manual has some good info in it for plumbing. It's very similar to the Eaton swap. Download the manual and check it out. Brands, not sure of the best, but, most brands will last for many years.

I have the cobra hardlines like these ones in the pic below. Do I still need the coolant tubes (like the trilogy uses) for the swap or are the hardlines enough?

replied to your PM.
Maybe someone else with more experience can chime in but I don't believe people use the cobra i/c hardlines because of the differnece in mounting locations of the heat exchanger as well as general engine accessories.
