In the Marketplace, it might be useful to provide prefixes other than "For Sale". For example, if I see something on Craigslist or Ebay that I think might be of interest to the community, a prefix of "Not Mine" or "online" or "3rd party" might be less misleading.
Alternatively, if there is to remain just 1 option - why does it have to be mandatory for me to click it and select it? Just preselect it for me, or just take that option away altogether, since there is technically no choice required.
