What's up marauder family? First question by removing my rear cats will I gain any horsepower or just a check engine light and a Lil more sound? Do I have to lift the engine to install headers? And last but not least will a police intercepter ECM make my car go faster or anything, Darthvader cuts out at 120.... And I hate that ughh a punk ass Beemer got me lastnight just cause it cut out on me

As far as the rear cats go I don't think you will get any noticable HP gain (I didn't notice any gain) but the sound is noticable. Your check engine light should not come on from that either.
I don't know about headers install.
I don't now about a PI ECM but you can remove the speed/rev limiter with a tuner, but if your going over 120 you might want to get a better-than-stock drive shaft

Do I have to lift the engine to install headers? Try sending a PM to babbage, he installed his own IIRC.
will a police intercepter ECM make my car go faster or anything, Darthvader cuts out at 120.... I could be wrong, but I doubt your car will run with a PI ECM. P71s have different engines. (2-valve 4.6 in the P71 vs. a 4-valve 4.6 in the Marauder)
If you wanna disable the governor, you will need to get an SCT (or similar) tuner. Check with the vendors here.

Long tube or shorty headers?
A tune will take care of the 120 mph governed speed. Contact Mo's Speed Shop or Lidio.

IIRC, Kooks LTs are harder to install than Stainless Works, either are good products, but if you're NA, I'd save them as a mod on down the line, as there are other mods (tune, gears, UD pulleys) that will give you more bang for the buck.

Yeah that's smart. I just gotta find someone around Philly to do it. Thanks

I purchased the SCT Tuner and some Ford Racing 3.73 Gears and a K&N CAI and I noticed a huge difference but I know eventually Im going to do something else.

Just do the Eaton swap and get used to seeing Beemer logos in your rear view mirror!
But on a serious note (not that doing an Eaton swap isnt serious) a tune will take care of the speed governor but you should deffinately upgrade your driveshaft for high speed driving.

I got daul cat delete LTH and no codes. It does stink though. Loud as HE double hockey sticks with the thrush. ;)
Don't drive your car that ****ing fast. If you have to die, just shoot yourself and save the car for someone else to enjoy.
