Quick question i believe its my pcv valve but it looks like it has a lil bit of oil around it should this be replaced?

If you can't hear the valve rattling around inside, you need to replace it.

Ill be sure to check for that when i get home from work.. so its just a rattling sound?

Yes. There is a check ball inside. If it's not loose the PCV is bad or dirty. A little oil around the gasket is not a problem.

I had the same issue and I was able to locate another rubber o-ring.

I swapped it out and the problem was solved. I also cleaned out the PCV with some brake parts cleaner as it still rattled when I shook it.

I guess the rubber o-ring is prone to getting hard & brittle.

As Jim (Fastblackmerc) stated check to make sure that you hear the rattle if not the PCV needs to be replaced and the new one has a brand new o-ring.
