I remember the day I bought my Mark 8, I had an immaculate 1996 T Bird that got totaled when some one turned right in front of me I hit them broad sided I broke my thumb and ankle, I had a dream before that of putting a four valve motor in the Bird, but fate had other plans, so I bought the Mark 8 and I got to looking why not just use the Cobra intake on there, I called around looked on the net every one told me it would never work some said the transmission would not work others said it wont clear the hood, well the rest is history, I was the first person to do this, and I must say I love this car as well as My Marauder, my cars never get older they get better.

Just by going on what you've written about this car, the pics you've displayed, and the ET's it's turning, it looks to me like this is one of the most versatile cars around. I mean how often is it that we even see a car that has both a roll cage as well as a cell phone holder? Ofcourse I don't know what this car sounds like, but again going by the pics, if that isn't what I would call a "sleeper" than I don't know what is. The car looks pretty mild mannered from the outside. And I think that I'd be having a lot of fun on the street w/such a car. I can just see young guys w/their rice machines pulling along side, and being shocked when the light turns green and you leave them in the dust.

I also must comment on that roll cage set up. I've never had one, but I wasn't aware that you can have one on the track w/a detractable pin on each side to allow for easy entry and exit by the passenger and driver. Is that your invention, or is that a common thing now? Whatever the case, I really like that.

I'm not even a Mark VIII fan, but I must say: NICE RIDE Dennis.
