I'll start:

Will do a DIY on replacing the bulbs for the gauges in the center gauge pod.

Wow, if we're looking at transferring info to the Resource Room vs. stickies, a couple come immediately to mind:

Wacky Wiperz fix
BCM replacement
LCM removal (notice I'm not suggesting the relay replacement, that needs to be with the HD relay, hands down)
EATC O-ring replacement

Prolly more, but these are the ones right off the top of my head.

pvc replacement since, I think, some, do not know that you need a hairdryer or heat gun to loosen the hard plastic

How to get rid of condensation on inside of light housings (light markers, tail lights, etc)

How to replace any exterior/interior bulbs (not necessarily upgrade to LEDs or other, just replace)

My center console is broken...makes a horrible snapping/cracking sound every time I open it...wasn't like that when I bought it...is there a DIY for that?

How to upgrade the shifter lighting of letters/numbers, replace crappy plastic piece that covers it and never looks clean.

How about a page with a list of parts and part numbers?

For instance......

A part number for that plastic oil filter drain/spout thing that attaches under the filter to redirect the oil.

As an example.
