I ordered this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006MPZ9VC/ref=sc_pgp__m_A2VZTJP6N0Z6QL_6 ?ie=UTF8&m=A2VZTJP6N0Z6QL&n=&s=&v=glance
and downloaded this

and have been having fun ever since! This is by far one of the coolest little gadgets yet. Who needs a scangauge! I can even data log and email the logs from my phone! If nothing else it's worth the $30 for the little bit of entertainment it has provided. Apple users...your sol. I haven't seen anything as cheap for the iphone.

Thanks for the info. Placed order, gonna try it out. For $30, worth the gamble. Got an 04 MM that keeps throwing a code intermittently.

Glad it worked for you, most of those cheaper bluetooth OBD2 units don't work,

No problems with my galaxy ii. Sometimes I have to reset the Bluetooth but I see that with other accessories too.

I want this but have a question. I have a pioneer car stereo that has bluetooth wireless phone/wireless audio that I have connected to my Android phone always. Anyone know if this will still work at the same time, or is it one or the other?

Usually you can only use one bluetooth device at a time.

That is what I figured.. Still for the whole 30 bucks this setup costs. I think its a very worthwhile purchase. My car isn't modded so its not like I would have to have it monitoring constantly. I can still answer my phone the normal way once and awhile LOL
