Not really sure of your point here with a quote, supposedly from Todd, that
for those who cannot know him any longer ,will read and likely mis-understand his point in your quote, but it really is not one of the better things you have done--it tends to mislead readers of someone who cannot reply--so I will--this is a Birthday Salute--it best left at that!

JUST SO YOU ALL WHO HAVE POSTED WERE WONDERING---------

Todd just called me to tell everyone hello --he is fine --traveling at the moment and wished everyone good time and health. He also said to pass on to all those who have responded thanks and he appreciates all of your comments here on the board--amazing what he can see-----

To echo what Tom said...... If you go back to ancient history of mm.net you will find that TAF was there.... If you care to do research you will also see that I had some differences with TAF....... Those have been long squashed.

I point this out, not to rekindle the fire, but to say I probably know TAF better than anyone here besides Marauderman, and FastBlackMerc, and I can tell you without question that TAF is One of the most principled and decent people I know.

If you knew him the way Tom and I do, and know your history about the Marauder aftermarket envirornment when these vehicles 1st hit the street in 2002, you would know that he did more in the early years to get aftermarket looking at building parts for these cars, than most everyone who is a member here now.

Without what happened back then, who's to say if we would have all the parts and vendors we have now.....

I don't know backNblack.... He may be a nice guy..... He may even be a huge contributor to the culture/aptmosphere of this community....

I do know TAF, and he is One hell of a nice guy. A guy I respect and the genuine article of what a good friend is.:banana2:

Happy Birthday My Friend:cake::party:You are missed here:burnout:

+1 ^^. I got to know Todd about 2.5 years ago. He welcomed me right into the Southern Marauders. To give a short story, He was actually the first person I met at our 3rd Sat gathering. I pull up about the same time he did. He gets out, introduces himself, throws me his keys to his Trilogy Twin Screw and asked for mine. I wasn't to sure what to think but I gave him mine as well. He said lets go so we took off down a side street and then to the highway. When we hit 75 North I was following him. I looked down and we were at a speed I won't share. All I will say is we were 10 away from Max on the speedometer and he was leaving me with my car! After that fun run we pulled back up at the Cracker Barrell and he really bragged about how good a Job this particular Vendor at the time did on my car. He was really impressed. I have to say, Ever since that day and hearing all the stories of what was in the past I was very impressed with Todd. He's a great guy and I'm glad to call him my friend.

Happy Birthday Bud!

Well said, Todd is also one of the first people I met after moving to Atlanta, he welcomed me and as we started talking about the cars and what I wanted to do to my old Marauder, the term "I know a guy" really came in as Todd knew so much about where to go and who to see. He is always in such a great mood and the breakfasts and his love of the car is so evident. He is fun, funny, and someone I truly enjoy being around. Great guy in my book

Just do not tell him you and I are friends or you will be guilty by association.

Lets keep this thread "on point". Todd is not able to defend himself here. Offer a birthday wish, or refrain from posting... Posts like this are the reason this site goes haywire occasionally:shake:.....

I was just pointing out something to Brad, that Toad, Tod, believes in guilt by association. That is all.

No one asked my 2 cents but, happy birthday old friend! There is no better friend than Todd and no one, who if you happen to be or are acting like an ahole or defending one, quicker to call you out. It is fairly easy to call the roll here reading the posts. Lots of luck to you all and have a great day, Todd. Dennis
