Tuner Woes!

Now that my MM is back from the dead and firmly back with the super living, my Diablo Predator tuner is gone/missing/stolen etc. My original factory tune was in it and the tune that is in the car is ok but not up to date with all the changes I have made.

Besides the fact that my search for a good local tuner is coming to a screeching halt, will any dynotuner be able to access and modify the tune I have in the car without my handheld tuner?
