Head in my future

I wanted to see if anyone here as used the MMR shop to have their heads reworked? And what was your experience with? I am thinking about using them to complete a stage 1 port and polish plus bronze valve guides and upgraded manley springs.

Also wanted to know what type of head gaskets and gasket kits people went with during the re install.

Are there any special things I should keep my eye out for while I have the heads off?

my friend got a shorblock 1000SE stroker from them for his 2001 Cobra with a valve job on his stock heads. car is pretty quick now. this company is literally down the street from me in camarillo CA
