Light Switch w/ Fogs

Anybody parting out or have the light switch with the Fog lamp option.
I'm upgrading my GM.

This is what I have and need the fog lamp option as on MM.

it's an '06............and no the fogs are not prewired for. So, I've got Jason( @Team Ford) to do a little side job and wire it all up.
