At first I thought it might be the white-n-gold combo that was on Co-part. Were the inserts gold? Hard to tell, but it looks like clear brake lights? Wis plates?

Yea it definitely does look like Wis plates. I didnt get to see it in person. My little cousin Kevin had snapped the pictures while sitting in traffic on I94 East. He told me he tried real hard to get better shots but traffic was in the way..
