Scratched :(

Someone just scratched my car...yes I'm pissed so don't remind me. There's a scratch on the driver side: from the front fender, drivers side door, right back passenger door and the rear panel...it was keyed so there's quite a small white lines. I just wanna know if anyone can give any tips on How it can be removed without getting the insurance involved?

Yeah right now imma meet up with my cousin who works at carmax see If he can take It out.....

If you can catch your finger nail in the scratch it will not buff out. Color sanding and buff can lessen the scratch but... keyed car should go on the comp side of ins so it will not raise your rates. 3 panels should be about $1500 to paint.

Yup...definitely can catch Your nail on the lines..and yeah my cousin just buffed the front panel only and well you can make the scratches unnoticeable but its just not the same knowing your car is scratched..its 4 panels so that might be like 2000? I guess ill have to call the insurance see what they...

Yeah...slowly accepting the fact but it hurts knowing you can't simply park anywhere without thinking nothing will happen. Oh well guess the 4.10 gears and other mods have to be on hold. Or not :) ...imma try and turn this tragedy into a blessing. Hopefully the insurance can help a little ;)

Yeah I know...apparently on the security cameras they didn't see anyone approach my car except this group of people (which seemed to be a family supposedly) get into the car that was parked behind mine.

There's this other dude on the site that's been posting up stuff about getting stuff done, then a week later STILL hasn't gotten it done...I HATE that s**t! :rolleyes:

Seriously, though....check the tape...a family means kids, and you know sometimes they do stuff w/o their parents even know what's going on...ask me how I know. :D I can't even think how much beer and hooker money my kids cost me...

Oh, and just to be on the safe side, first two lines....SARCASM!

Hope you get 'er fixed up with a little left over to help you with your other mods....that's how I was finally able to get some of my stuff done...tomorrow, next week, or this summer.... ;)

I don't wanna get the insurance involved cause kinda worried they'll raise the price up and stuff. So as of right now I'm just gonna have my cousin do his magic, buff it, and do a touch-up and just look at it as battle scars. :)
and yeah tomorrow hopefully imma go back to the mall and ask if I could review the tape. Hopefully by miracle I can identify a car nearby that I know or something.

and hey we got our marauder like last September so it hasn't even been a year yet lmao I've only been talking about getting the gears for a few weeks now..maybe a month..ok a couple of months but still!! Lol
