Silver maybe the most elegant color but black is by far the fastest. "He's just a drag racing machine" was one of many quotes over heard at the Bailenton Drag Stip Friday night. "His tail lights are in good working order. I know I saw alot of them" was another. He was a full second faster than me, and half a second faster than my wife in her Mustang. Incredible car with times in the high 8's on the little 1/8 mile track. Monday I'm going to start getting estimates on a black paint job so I can get times like that. If you need us we'll be down here being quiet drinking our "Shut Up Juice". Well done Paul we had a lot of fun.

That's the way to "Get 'er Done", Paul !!!! :2thumbs: Those high 8's times should translate to about a 13.82-13.97 in the quartermile if I did the math right. Maybe he needs to update his timeslip entry?

I had a blast!! Car is running 8.8's!!!:eek: at 271K miles!!! It was awesome being the big fish in a little pond. Now, I've got to get to a quarter mile track and see what goes on there. Kudos to Louis and his clan, definately a class act. It was also good seeing Jeff out there again, now all we have to do is get him back on the track.
