Well Guys & Gals,

Dr. Reinhart's "Group Buy" has been a GREAT success so far!! I installed mine today and........WOW!!!!  What an improvement.....Power....Shift Points....Starting.....Idle... .IT'S A DIFFERENT CAR!!!

NOTE: One thing Dennis wants to clarify is.....The SCT instructions are emphatic about disabling the fuel pump before installing the new program. Dennis says this is not necessary with the Marauder and you may proceed as if it is off. Those who wish to follow the SCT instructions and disable the pump can do so by pulling the fuse under the hood!! ;)

Actually the install is very straight forward and the tuner screen will walk you all the way through it!! :coolman:

Call or email me if you are interested......"Group Buy" pricing is only good until the end of February!!

Yeah, why do you have to do that? At least I've done it with my car.

What should I set the fan temp to? 160, 180, or "SuperChips". I figure "SuperChips" is the best setting, but the engine temp gauge reads a couple notches cooler at 160. Even though the fan kicks in almost when I start the car, and never turns off, it doesn't seem to suck up any extra power.

I like it other than that though, it's hard to tell, but it sounds a little more meaty at idle and starting (just a pinch!). It's a great thing to buy!

Just a quick note it says you have to pull the fuel pump fuse its not required on the Marauder so dissreguard that, just plug it in and follow the promps

What's different about the Marauder that you don't have to pull the fuse?

Well on the Mustangs when you go to flash the EEC it activates the CCRM = constant controll relay module, this is a central relay module controlling the fuel pump as well as the coolant fans, with all this running during a flash cycle if the Battery voltage falls below 12 volts it will erase the pats codes stored in the EEC, so the car will not start, the only way way to restore this is with a NGS or highr scan tol from Ford, but the Marauder does not have this set up, it has a VCRM and during flash there is no drain, like the Mustangs , even with the Mustangs this can be avoided by simply puting a battery charger on the car during flash cycle, or pull the fues as out lined in the instructions

I have my plugs, stat, and programming done on my mm that I got from dennis. love the shifting it has now. has anyone who has done this noticed a little ticking when giving the car gas? I do not know if it is plug knok or injector noise or what but did not see it till the upgrade.
