What is this supposed to be connected to?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out what the interior wire in the attached pic is supposed to be connected to. Does anyone have an idea?

It is located behind the lower panel on the front passenger side by where your right foot/leg would be if sitting in the passenger seat. I pulled the panel off because of broken tabs and found the loose wire.

Looks like a ground. However, there is a ground (i think, but in any event another wire) already attached to that bolt also. Hmmm......

Any help is much appreciated.

Multiple grounds maybe attached to the same bolt.

Looks like at one point someone had added something in requiring a ground and when removing it just cut the ground. The yellow crimp on connector isn't factory.

Actually, would someone with be able to check their marauder out to see if there is 1 or 2 grounds coming off that bottom screw and let me know?
