Saw a Black on Interstate 70 West

Was on my way back from a car cruise today around 6:30PM and I saw a black with an aftermarket spoiler on I-70 Westbound before St. Clairsville Ohio. I waved but don't know if the driver saw me. I was in my MM going Eastbound.
