My cousins differential housing had begun to leak and a few mechanics have told him a repair is needed. Rebuilt or new ... Soooooo anyone happen to be selling one ... Any tips on how to have this done without buying another car basically.

Where is it leaking?
Can most likley be welded.

Well as far as I know ... It's leaking on his rear passenger wheel.

Sure it's not the wheel bearing and seal? For the housing to be leaking there it had to get a pretty hard hit on the wheel sideways. I have sen them bend an axle and not damage the wheel end of the housing.
If it is the wheel bearing seal, the wheel bearing and axle assembly are probabaly shot as well. It is serviced in a kit from Ford for some $$$.

Here is probably what is wrong > Right rear axle seal and axle shaft. Certaintly not a big issue if that's the case.

Whatever's wrong ... He's decided to take it to the dealer ... Pray for him going down that road but hey. He wants what's best
