I'm looking to buy a new pulley for my Trilogy setup before I install it. The one it came with is all corroded and ugly. I found a site that sells the unique keyed pulleys for the MP112 MagnaCharger (Trilogy) supercharger. Now I'm just trying to decide what size to get. I've read that the stock 3.4" size makes about 9.5 psi and 380-390 rwhp. What rwhp can I expect from the 3.3" and the 3.2" sizes? I'll be running 39# injectors and a Walbro GS342 fuel pump without a BAP. Can I safely use the 3.2" without upgrading these, or should I get the 3.3" to be safe? My goal rwhp is in the 410-430 range. Is this a realistic goal?

If anyone is interested in Trilogy pulleys for themselves, here's the link.

I think STEPS, a member on here, has the pulley you may be looking for.

You can't get a 3.3 pulley.

3.2, 3.0, and 2.8 are the pulleys that us trilogy guys use.

Why is that? Do the odd numbered pulleys not mount properly? According to that site, all the sizes on that page will fit.

The 3.3 probably doesn't come in Chrome:lol:

Actually, your probably right, lol. I don't think BilletFlow offered the odd numbered sizes. These are the steel pulleys direct from MagnaCharger, not the aluminum ones from BilletFlow.

So is the consensus that the 3.2" pulley is safe for my amount of fuel flow? That's the main question I'm trying to have answered. If it's not, I'll just order a 3.3" from that site.

Pulley size won't affect fuel flow, fuel pump and electrical current powering the pump will.

What I mean is do I have adequate fuel pressure to support the HP that the 3.2" pulley will create with my 39# injectors and the Walbro pump with no BAP?

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge installed? If so, what are you reading at WOT?

No I don't. I'm currently N/A. None of this stuff is installed yet. I'm going to install the supercharger the week after the 4th of July. I was thinking of installing the fuel pump in the next week or so, and just drive with the new pump while N/A to make the actual Trilogy install easier. I've been trying to install as much stuff as possible ahead of time. I already got the whole intercooling system mounted and water pump wired this week. I installed the boost gauge and matching oil preasure gauge in the stock gauge pod. Next I'm running the hoses for the intercooling system and the boost gauge line through the firewall. I will also be lengthening the alternator wires and bundling the extra slack in tie-wraps for later. That way I can drive around to find out if I broke anything with the harness or not and fix it if I did before the Trilogy install. I'd rather break it and fix it now rather then break it when I add a million other things that could cause issues as well. Same goes for the fuel pump install. I'm trying to limit the number of possible causes of failure on install day.

I do have a SCT Xcal2 and I could probably data log it with this and a laptop. Will knowing these numbers while stock help at all, or should I do this after installing the fuel pump while still N/A?
