Quite certain RacerX has after his rear gears took a southbound trip.

And sure there are others that have upgraded and/or broke things and had to replace them.

Mine needed to be replaced when I first went to have my 4.10 gears installed. I think I priced the parts out at around $100. I opted to pay another $80-100 and just buy a brand new FRPP 28-spline unit which required me to buy a master gear install kit to get the cone and bearings that would need to be pressed onto the new diff. I was going to get the spider gears from Napa.
