driver door lock/unlock switch

This started Monday. . .The lock/unlock switch on the driver's door panel will only unlock the doors. I know it's been terribly hot outside the past couple weeks and wonder if that's caused this. Any ideas? Thanks for looking. Happy 4th of July!!!!

Probably the switch or the contact. Try hitting the last two buttons simultaneously on the door keypad after you close door and exit the car, that should lock all the doors, until you figure out a fix.

Might take it apart and see if its corroded or needs a good cleaning? There is a writeup I made on LED replacement in those switches and it will show how to take it apart.

thanks for the info Ozark Marauder and capt512. I ended up using the outside keypad to lock her up.

Bought a new switch for the inside off ebay, good as new!
