WTB Passenger Dome Lens

I'm looking for the lens with the little trim ring around it for the rear passenger overhead courtesy light. Unfortunately Ford only sells the entire unit, which I will get if I have to, but would like to avoid.

If you need a photo let me know but it is the little square lens with the interior colored surround. (light flint is what I'm looking for)

Or eBay or local recycle yard. That lens fits CV's. GM's and Lincoln's also.

FYI.... it's called a rear reading light.
