There long gone :( saw the car yesterday for about an hr . Very nice guy to talk to and had a very nice fox body mustang in drive way of the shop :) I will load pic and info later today after work . Sad to see this baby go to the junker in a week.

Talked to the owner last night that owned the shop with the mercury marauder. We talked for about an hour or so and had nothing but kind words about the mm line. It was sad to see the car seating there calling me to offer a cash sum to take the car away and start building it over at my step fathers friend’s shop. After thinking about it with the back bumper gone, the trans,motor, rims gone it coast more to save her than buy one.
Anyway...Joe said that the car will be junked and any parts still good on the will be smashed so no junk yard can get money off this car. DAM SHAME

Also wad going to get some prices for parts that members asked me to find out about . I also was going to buy the front bumper cover for myself after the owner and I *worked out a deal last night on *and came to a fare price for both party's after talking to respected members on the web-sit got a good idea of what they would pay for the cover that was used and that needed a paint job.


Drove from my work that's an hr away to talk to the owner and pick up my cover and other parts . When I was told that he no longer wanted to sell the bumper cover or other parts until he really looked into prices on the parts from ford . I was shocked that I could not even buy a few small things that I talked about buying today. I am not going to get into the details on the full conversation but just to warn members that proceed with caution and good luck buying parts from this member that may never be willing to part with any parts you guys are looking for.*

Sorry if this sounds out of line but needed to vent after I spent time taking pictures and driving around trying to help members out.

Guittard, I appreciate your post and the simple fact of not going into detail that could possibly cause this thread to go south. I do however appreciate any heads up and the offer to help all of us with parts since this car is close to you. Furthermore, I appreciate JB1 putting these parts out here and that he's open to working something out if there was a misunderstanding between you guys. Salvaging parts for these cars helps everyone out which we are all out to do. I hope you guys work out the details.

I was just as shocked as you when you told me 1400+ They told you.

I was more mad in the fact that we came to terms on a price and this happen . Now if you just wanted to sell it for more you could have told me . I will add another 50.00 bucks to my offer of what I was going to give you today in cash for the cover and we can make peace with this if not best of luck and keep that fox body clean :)

Here you Go Chris There is a front bumper cover on here for 450.00 and he will not ship. I will sell you the one that I have for 450.00 with the fog lights and I will bring it to you. Because you drove 5 miles and it took you 1 hour. I think it the least that I could do. Hope this helps
