I got a canned tune from DR about a year ago. At the time I lived in Saint Louis and only put in 93oct. I just moved to San Diego and the only gas available is 91oct. I never specified to have a 93oct tune, so is it safe to assume that it's 91? If it is set for 93 will out do any damage of I use 91 for a couple days until I get a hold of DR? Thanks, guys. I'm hoping for the big-brains to save my butt again...

It is safe to assume that the tune from DR would be for 93 unless otherwise specified by you.
I wouldn't beat on it while running 91. Driving it normmally, you should be OK, IMO.
Give DR a call, and he'll hook you up.

I am looking into getting a factory Warrenty from ford. B to B 4/ 36000 mile. I have a SCT TUNE could they give me a prob if I leave the tune in while they come and inspect the car for the Warrenty. Should I take the tune out and put it back to factory specs?

They probably won't know if you have a tune or not. I think they just look for obvious things....

Run it like you normally would. Lidio's tunes (I've used them in the past) have a safety net so you should be fine using 91 octane. If you do hear any odd sounds like marbles in a can, plug in your sct tuner and put in the same tune, but, go to cahnge options and pull 1 degree globally. If it still occurs, try 2, etc. You should be fine though.
