You may want to loosen the upper control arm, set the car at ride height and torque it back down.

Proper lowering springs? You won't get a better ride with anything else than what you have. Love mine, had it that way for years.

Jayme this will fix your noise.

Loosen this bolt on each side spray with wd40 or lube of your choice.. re-tighten. The upper CA's are new and installed properly. I am unsure why it made the noise you are describing but I narrowed it down to this bolt and oiled it every 6 months or so.

No. Place the jack under the lower control arm, remove the tire and lower the jack to ride height to torque.

Outside chance it could be the front sway bar hitting the frame.

Yeah no problem. With a large wrench it should take you about 2 mins total. Notice* it's not the upper CA bolt, it is above it.

This is my old car I am almost certain I know the noise he is talking about.

so i took the car to work and put it on out alignment rack and put the jacks under the lower control arms to get all the weight on the car, took the front wheels off and loosen the upper control arms and tighten back up on both sides, and the noise is still there so im gonna disconnect my sway bar links and see if it still makes noise otherwise its gotta be somthing with the springs being cut
