Max A/C Temp Setting

When the weather is hot I typically use the MaxAC setting with it set to 60 and adjust the fan according to my liking. When I park, I turn off the unit to allow it to breathe (according to manual).
A pet peeve is when I turn it on again, the temp goes to 67. Can someone tell me why it does not revert to the temp as when I shut it off?

Set at 60 stays at 60.

Mine did that too, what i did i hit automatic set the temp then off and it would stay on that temp. Give it a try.

Mine stays on 75, but the fan speed does change.

i set mine at 71, blows full blast for a bit then the fan will lower its speed automagically once it cools down inside.... yay auto climate control

60 is the lowest setting, blows full blast until it gets a reading closer to the temp its set at, once it does it slows the fan down.

I usually just hit NORM A/C but my temp always stays @ 60.
