2003-4 Mercury Dealer Showroom Albums - Product Porfolio + Color/Upholstery (4)

I have (4) Mercury dealer showroom albums.

2003 :

1 Product Portfolio (PP) - dated Sept 2002.
1 Color & Upholstery Selections (CUS) - dated Aug 2002.

2004 :

1 Product Portfolio (PP) - dated Sept 2003.
1 Color & Upholstery Selections (CUS) - dated July 2003.

One would have found these albums on display in a dealer's showroom.

These types of albums were not meant for distribution to the general public ... as say a brochure was.

Think if these as educational tools for the dealer's sales people.

The Product Portfolio album contains basic info & specs on each model ...

As well as some generic info that is not specific to any particular model.

The Color & Upholstery Selections album is pretty self explanatory & includes some upholstery swatches, as well as large exterior paint color chips.

The large full size paint chips at the end of the 2003 CUS album are still sealed in plastic.

Things to note :

The 2003 CUS does not show the exterior color of Silver Birch as being available ... only black & Dark Blue Pearl are listed.
(most likely because this was an early printing)

Light flint is listed as an optional interior tho.

The very 1st page of the 2003 CUS album has a slight mark on it (minor) & it will need some clear reinforcements around the binder holes. This can be seen in the pics.

In the 2003 PP album ... the stuff from the Mountaineer section is missing.

The is a single paint chip sheet included for both of the PP albums.

2003 - dated Mar 4th 2002.
2004 - dated Feb 26th 2003.

On both of these sheets ... the edges on some of the chips are starting to curl up.

Other than the above & a pinch of expected patina on the outside covers .....

All (4) of these albums are in overall EXCELLENT shape.

Ideally .... I'd really like to sell/ship the whole package of (4) to the same person.

Nice collection of dealer issued stuff!
At one time I had the dealer copy of the salesman training tapes for the Marauder and the Lincoln Blackwood pick em up truck. I gave the Marauder tape to my buddy Sgt.Mac,still have the copy for the Blackwood.
Sure was a darn shame nobody at Mercury or the dealers ever watched that tape.
