What's this thing look like? There is a difference between the Mustang and Marauder COTs, prolly need to check and confirm compatibility, but other than that, not too bad a price.

This is very similar to the kit that I used, but there are a few differences. One thing this kit has over the one I used is it has a fill cap in it. That is very nice and I'm a little jealous, lol. I had to struggle with disconnecting hoses and poring it in directly. I did notice a couple of other key differences that you should consider before picking one. I don't see any spots to connect a temperature sensor to the plugs that go into the heads. The Marauder has dual temp sensors on both outlets. I noticed that there is a threaded port on the bottom of the fill cap piece which is probably for a temp sensor, but that is only one. Maybe the second sensor can be turned off in the tune? I really don't know if it can be or not. If you do order the kit I used, make sure that you mention that you have a Marauder. He will sell it to you with dual temp sensor spots for $195 instead of the single temp sensor. The second thing to consider is that with the kit shown above, you will need to install a T-fitting on the upper radiator hose before the COT delete kit so it can connect to the factory 3-way thermostat housing. This is because that kit keeps the stock thermostat. The kit I used deletes the stock thermostat housing and has a new one built into the splitter piece. It uses a standard thermostat instead of the weird 3-way one that ford used. If you go with the kit that I used, you will have to buy a new thermostat. I also cut the lower radiator hose about a foot before the stock thermostat housing and coupled it with a 2 foot long flex hose that I connected directly to the inlet on the bottom of the block. Another thing you should consider with both kits is it might be a good idea to install the rear head cooling mod and connect the cooling mod directly to your heater core since on a Marauder the heater core is fed of the COT and it will now need to be connected elsewhere.

Here's a link to the guy that sells this kit.

To give credit where credit is due, I never would have been able to do this without Zack's helpful post.

So has anyone used this MMR kit?

That is a very restrictive setup for coolant flow. 2 small hoses is much less than one large combined pipe. I'm not willing to use this on a supercharged engine in Houston summer heat.

MMR kit is garbage it is a complete ripoff of the Modularspeed kit. It keeps the thermostat after the radiator which defeats the whole purpose of a COT delete. I have told MMR this publicly and they don't really have any response since they know it's true.

Yeah looking at it again, not impressive girth at all.. TWSS.

Musclemerc says the MMR kit does not even account for the two sensors, it will pull timing and will keep the fan shut off. No bueno. Guess I will have to wait for ON3Performance to change manufacturers sometime next month.. unless someone has an un-used ON3P kit they are willing to part with for the time being?

These are the very reasons I went with the on3performance Xover delete kit, there is no comparison between it and the mmr kit which is poorly engineered to say the least!

I think you need to speak to Brandon about your set up.

I have a 1/2 inch hose before the thermostat feeding the turbo and the engine stays at 165 degrees while moving. The Tstat never even opens
